Omega Construction retained Raymond for this design-build residential and mixed-use development in Thunderbolt, Georgia. Raymond provided architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design for permitting, then continued through construction administration. The development combines several building types on a single site: detached single-family cottages, studio units, and a three-story mixed-use building with commercial space at ground level and apartments on the floors above. Delivering all five disciplines in-house kept coordination between the residential and mixed-use components within one team, and carrying the work from permitting through construction administration gave the contractor a single point of contact from approval to closeout.
