Raymond performed several small interiors projects for the VHM. The VHM, a not for profit organization, was executing projects at random as they were able to generate donations to support the work. Raymond recognized that a master plan would help the VHM prioritize projects and make best use of financial resources, identify needs and assets, and assist the institution in soliciting support for physical facilities improvements and maintenance. Understanding the VHM did not have the resources to fund a master plan, Raymond offered to donate a MP pro bono.
