Working in a joint venture, Raymond prepared the master site plan and planning charrette report for a four-phase consolidated storage and warehouse program at Cape Canaveral, along with complete designs for the first two phases. The four facilities total 225,500 SF of high-bay storage, warehouse, hazardous material storage, and associated administrative and laboratory space. Supporting site work includes roughly ten acres of paving for parking, queuing, and access roads, plus sidewalks, crosswalk marking, exterior and facility lighting, signage, stormwater drainage structures, and grading for detention. All facilities were designed as permanent construction to Department of Defense Unified Facilities Criteria, including antiterrorism and force protection standards, and delivered using BIM and CIM modeling.
