Joint Personnel Processing Center Renovation, JBSA, TX
Joint Base San Antonio, TX
Built in 1918, this multi-story facility at Joint Base San Antonio was serving as partially modified administrative space. Raymond developed a design-bid-build package to repair or replace every major building system and convert the interior into fully functional administrative space compliant with current codes, Unified Facilities Criteria, and State Historic Preservation Office guidance. Scope spanned architecture and interiors, structural, civil, life safety, fire controls, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and communications. Nearly all existing mechanical equipment and piping was demolished and replaced, with a new direct digital control system tied into the base-wide energy management platform. Exterior work included patios, porches, sidewalks, facade repair, and perimeter grading.
