Raymond provided structural and architectural design for a new concessions building at the Ross Soccer Complex in Savannah. Adjacent to a new artificial turf field, the conditioned facility houses restrooms, concessions, and a referee locker room serving more than sixteen soccer fields, plus an outdoor covered area giving players and spectators shelter from the elements. The split-faced CMU structure is topped with a standing seam roof for durability and low maintenance, a theme carried inside with epoxy floors and sealed concrete walls. Because the complex sits in a flood plain, the building was raised on fill above flood elevation, protecting it from water intrusion and improving views of the fields.
