Raymond provided full architectural and engineering design for the interior renovation of a historic building repurposed as office space, retail space, and a STEM education facility for the Girl Scouts of Historic Georgia. The project required detailed field investigation, documentation of existing conditions, and coordination with existing utilities and structural elements. Services spanned space planning, interior design, structural engineering, and full MEP design. Raymond evaluated the existing mechanical systems and determined they could be reused, producing a cost-effective solution without compromising performance. The design emphasized adaptive reuse, retaining exposed brick and select display elements as focal points while introducing new finishes, millwork, lighting, and upgraded systems.
