The Georgia Board of Regents engaged Raymond to deliver building envelope and engineering services addressing critical system failures at East Georgia State College. Scope covered the Physical Education Building, the Luck Flanders Gambrell Building, and the Plant Operations Building, each facing roof or envelope integrity issues, with Gambrell also requiring stormwater drainage modifications. Our team conducted full assessments and water testing on every structure to pinpoint failure locations, then developed repair recommendations and a new drainage solution. Reviewing scope against current construction costs early, Raymond determined the stated cost limitation would not cover the full program and worked with the client to prioritize critical repairs, producing a successful bid with no schedule delay.
