Raymond is providing full architectural and engineering services for a strength training classroom addition at Fort Dorchester High School, along with renovation of three adjacent classrooms. The addition is designed as a structurally independent, steel-framed building with new foundations and integrated mechanical, electrical, and fire protection systems. Mechanical design uses packaged heat pump units with a dedicated outdoor air system. Scope also includes electrical distribution upgrades, sprinkler modifications, fire alarm integration, lighting and controls, and full civil and site design with stormwater and utility coordination. Delivery follows a milestone-driven schedule with phased submissions, Office of School Facilities and State Fire Marshal reviews, and bidding.
