DeKalb County School District awarded Raymond an indefinite delivery contract in 2021 covering building envelope evaluation and design across district facilities. The scope spans roofs, walls, windows, drainage systems, below-grade waterproofing, and mechanical systems assessed from a water intrusion standpoint. Raymond performs envelope testing under the contract using infrared, nuclear, and electrical non-destructive methods, along with AAMA water testing, fastener pull testing, bell chamber testing, and air barrier testing. Findings feed directly into design services and specifications for repair or replacement of the affected assemblies, giving the district a single team for both diagnosis and remedy across a large and varied building portfolio.
