Migration is complete.
Please follow the steps below to connect to your new email address.
1: Make sure you know your OneLogin credentials.
2: Save all volatile documents and restart your computer.
3: Sign in to windows.
4: Open the outlook app, it will prompt you to sign in.
5: Sign in with the following credentials, substituted with your specifics.
Username: first.lastname@raymond.global
Password: (Existing OneLogin password)
6: Open up all programs associated with your OneLogin account (listed below) and sign in with your new raymond.global email address, ensuring to use your existing OneLogin Password.

PLEASE NOTE IT SEEMS THAT THE TILES ON THE ONELOGIN PORTAL SCREEN DID NOT RETAIN YOUR LOGIN CREDENTIALS.
When you use the tile to access Ajera for example it is prompting you to enter your user name and password. You will need to re-enter your Ajera credentials. If you do not remember your password just enter your email and a made up password to get to the Ajera reset password screen. Create a new password and be sure to go back to the OneLogin tile and click the edit link at the bottom of the tile to enter your new password for future use.
OUTLOOK ON YOUR PHONE
You will need to reauthenticate Outlook or your email app with OneLogin from your phone using your new email address. If you have issues with it you can also remove the email account from your phone and just add it back in again.
