In 1992, Raymond launched with a Hewlett-Packard PC (running DOS), a Motorola “Brick” phone, a fax machine, and an infrared camera. Since then, we have, with our longstanding customers, become a full service A/E firm that is proud of being a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business.

Serving local, state, federal, K-12, higher education, and commercial markets for more than two decades, we provide ample experience and expertise managing design contracts ranging from small single engagements to multi-million per year IDIQs. Our company is adept at managing multi-disciplinary teams, with multi-year IDIQ contracts ranging up to $40 million in value.
