Richmond Office Building
Having outgrown their existing office, Tait Saunders Mulvaney began to seek new studio space. The firm was in search of a light-filled, open space that was not the typical smoked glass and red brick office of the suburbs, and instead would be part of Richmond’s trendy design center.

Our Value Add
When scouting sites, Raymond came across this tomb-like building and transformed it into 3,300 SF of functional space. The architecture and interior design studio is located in a recently overhauled historic building in the burgeoning urban district, Scott’s Addition. We determined the space had the natural light desired and the existing materials and details offered the opportunity to showcase the design details we wanted to incorporate.
