Registered Architect with more than forty years of experience in design and construction. Richard is a proactive leader with a diverse portfolio of over 4 million square feet of built projects for government, educational, institutional, commercial, and military designs.
Richard leads our Architecture Studio with a skilled eye for design. He plays an active part in cultivating the junior members of Raymond's architecture team and is a key participant with clients, helping exceed their creative concepts while adhering to overall schedule and budget.

Working at Raymond

I began my career with Raymond in 2019 as Director of Architecture. Professionally, I have worked on "all sides of the fence" as an architect/designer, estimator, contractor, owner’s representative, and third-party intermediary. This foundational career experience has allowed me to commit Raymond's Architecture Studio to bringing a well-rounded perspective to design and construction administration.
